About Spectrum Beach

Spectrum Beach is among the beaches of the Nessebar area on the southern Black Sea coast — a region of generous sand and well-established resorts that is hugely popular in summer. The beach lies close to the old town of Nessebar, one of the most picturesque spots on the coast, so a day by the sea can easily be paired with a cultural visit.

Sand and getting in The sand is fine and comfortable, and the entry into the sea is gradual: the depth builds slowly, with no abrupt jumps, so you can get used to the water at your own pace. On quiet summer days the sea here is generally gentle, with small waves that won't unsettle anyone.

The mix of fine sand and a gentle slope makes the beach a good choice for families with children, who can play safely in the shallows near the shore. The swimming season runs roughly from May to September, with the peak heat in the middle of summer. Access is simple, as the Nessebar area is well linked by road to Burgas and the neighbouring resorts. One tip that applies anywhere on the coast's open sand: bring water, sunscreen and a source of shade, since the beach offers no natural cover from the sun.
