In short
On your first visit you see a banner. Until you press “Accept”, analytics cookies are blocked — we use Google Consent Mode v2. If you choose “Essential only”, they stay off.
Essential cookies
Needed for the site to work. This includes your banner choice, which we store locally in your browser (mb-cookie-consent) so we do not ask again on every page. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 — shows us in aggregate which pages are useful and where traffic comes from. Only activates after you accept.
Partner cookies
When you open an accommodation map or click through to a partner, that partner may set its own cookies on its site: Stay22, GetYourGuide, Travelpayouts. These are affiliate cookies, used so your booking is credited to us. Their rules are described in their own policies.
Changing your choice
Clear this site's data in your browser (or just the mb-cookie-consent key in local storage) and the banner will appear again. You can also block or delete cookies directly from your browser settings.
