Terms and conditions

My Bulgaria Online publishes guides, articles and informational tools about Bulgaria: resorts, beaches, hotels, restaurants, attractions, monasteries, fuel prices, sea temperature and traffic at the Giurgiu–Ruse bridge. Using the site means accepting these terms.

We work to publish accurate data and to mark clearly what is unverified, but prices, opening hours, road conditions and facilities change. Always check at the source before deciding — with the hotel, the operator or the relevant authority.

Ratings and review counts come from public sources (Google) at the time of collection and may differ from current values. Live tools (fuel, weather, traffic) rely on third-party sources and may lag or be unavailable.

This site contains affiliate links. If you book or buy through one, we may receive a commission from the partner — at no extra cost to you. Commission does not influence what we recommend: places are ordered by rating and review volume, not by who pays.

Our booking partners are Stay22, GetYourGuide and Travelpayouts. We do not display advertising.

You may leave a review for a place in the guide. By publishing it you confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We do not publish offensive, defamatory, disguised commercial or false content, and may remove reviews breaking these rules without notice.

The editorial text and the structure of the site are ours. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source. Photographs of places come from public sources and belong to their rights holders. If you hold rights and want material changed or removed, write to us and we will sort it out.

We are not liable for losses arising from use of the information on this site or from partners' services. The contract for a booking is between you and that provider.

We may update these terms; the version published here is the one in force. Romanian law applies. You can write to us at contact@mybulgaria.online or call +40 741 222 535.
